I need to search for my coconut oil…it’s buried in my pantry somewhere, but I remember it giving my baked goods such an amazing flavor. Your cookies look fantastic…who’d ever know they didn’t contain any eggs or butter! Great SRC pick! And thanks for the shout out, too :)
