My sister, Danielle’s, shop, The Flying Pig, was victim to a robbery on October 30 and she suffered $500 in loss and even more in damages. I am stepping up to help her recover her losses with a cupcake fundraiser!
I stopped selling cakes at the beginning of the year, so this is a rare opportunity. I will be selling only 30 dozen cupcakes total, for $20 each, and all the proceeds will go to The Flying Pig. If you won’t be needing cupcakes until later in the holiday season, that is OK, just mark the date you need them in the appropriate box. I want to get Danielle’s money back to her as soon as possible, so I would ask that you pay her in advance, either directly or by mailing your check to:

Brownie Cakes: Individual fudge brownies in cupcake form with a cheesecake layer and a drizzle of ganache.
Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes: Perfect for fall and winter holiday celebrations, these are my most popular cupcakes. Perfectly spiced, light and moist pumpkin cupcakes topped with a swirl of cream cheese frosting.
Red Velvet Cupcakes: I just won a blue ribbon for my red velvet cake so you know it’s good! I top my red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese frosting.
White Christmas Cupcakes: I may be strange, but these are my favorite cupcakes! I decorate them with a little edible glitter & a white chocolate snowflake for holiday appeal, but once you take a bite, you will swear you are eating wedding cake.

Ok, those look amazing. I love vainlla cupcakes and I love non-chocolate icing and I love candy canes (One of the best things about winter is being able to make peppermint bark!) so these look awesome. I might have to try this recipe when I’m back in the US. I have a little bit of crushed candy cane left over that’s not enough for a batch of bark. :)
