I don’t usually post on Saturdays, but I’ve had the honor of being a guest contributor for whattoexpect.com, a site I go to every week to see my baby’s progress! I really hope you will visit to check out my recipe for Iron Woman Ginger Cake. It’s so nice to have healthier options (especially ones that taste good) during the holidays, and this cake definitely fits the bill!
XOXO,
Veronica
Checked out your guest post and the Ginger Cake looks delicious.

That cake sounds delicious, V. I love gingerbread and this sounds like a really healthy twist on that. I’ll look for sorghum flour next time I’m out as it sounds fun to experiment with. I hope you enjoy the last few weeks of your pregnancy!! I’ll tell you, babies grow up too fast. Eli turned 18 yesterday. (Sorry your first comment on your recipe over there was from a troll…not sure why people feel the need to be so negative. I think she needs more cake.)

Will check it out too. I actually came by for a selfish reason to see if your blog was still up. I am having some difficulties???? Probably with WP????? Oh, well…will worry about it after the holiday! Happy Turkey Day!
